yeh didn't know which forum to chuck this in. but i have a GF 4 ti 4200. and when i click to play civ 3, the screen just eatins the dust, and goes al fuzzy, kinda like when the TV isn't tuned, and a screen display comes up and says something about being out of range or something.
i had a matrox G400 for a while, and i never did that, but when i got my card back it does it, and i used to do it as well, anyone got any suggestions?
Try it on another card, if it's still funny, is prob the screen. If not, chuck someone elses screen on the GF4 and see what happens, that will tell you where the problem lies. Could also be the game if it works fine otherwise.

What kinda screen is it?
Mine goes all fuzzy when i try to run games in a certain video mode... i just turn the screen off then on and it goes back to normal :)
If my screen just goes fuzzy or something for no reason another solution I found is to thump it really hard :twisted: :twisted:
