You changed from 80 to 100fps I see :P I'm just guessing thats what it will run on everything high. Guessing. Keyword: GUESS :)

Apparently that specific graphics card is pretty shit and causes problems :( You should pick up a Nvidia 8500GT 512MB DDR2 graphics card for about $80USD. It should get you 40FPS at least in-game on full high settings! :) Good luck!
