All GU Premium members can now create and publish CMS content

Hey chaps,

As you've probably noticed, I haven't had time to keep the news up to date as of late.

For any GU Premium users that care to make the odd tech or game related news post, you can now do so from the front page. A create button is top right of the news content area (above the 300x250 advert).
