As a ROM-hacker from back in the day (get off my lawn), and an old-skool Nintendo fanboi, I am a huge fan of everything Mario. So you can imagine the scale of my *squeee* when someone pointed me to this Mario remake featuring... portal guns!

It plays remarkably well, and really does 'feel' like Mario with Portals. The original levels are just a bit of fun, seeing what whackiness you can pull of with the portal gun, but the game also comes with a puzzle level pack themed on Portal that can get quite challenging.
The level editor is also great.
It seems to still be under active development, so it could have a bright future. Though I am sure Nintendo will sue their pants off if they try to commercialise
