RAGE had a few problems at launch, but it has been patched! Huzzah! In keen anticipation of a hefty play session and the writing of a review I fired up RAGE for the first time last night. On the 27th we posted about AMD's new Battlefield 3 optimised driver, released moments after Nvidia did the same. In typical AMD fashion that release had its own deal-breaker problem - the installer was corrupt. If you had problems and now the link is dead, this updated installer is the one you want instead....

For those ATI users that are a little bit annoyed that Battlefield 3 is not only optimised for Nvidia, but that Nvidia have just released drivers that boost BF3 performance a further 38% for those users, AMD has your back.
