i love cs 1.6 actually.
the biggest issue i hear from it is the shields. how ever i like it - brings new game play to the came.
the graphics in cs 1.6 are sweet and guns are diff. i like a new change.
plus i went for my first ever map of 1.6 and joined when the map leader was on 12 kills. and i won the map 28 6. LOL my first ever map and i win :lol: 8)

When I actually get steam working, I've been playing a bit on the warcraft server shithouse mentioned at some stage. It's pretty good, and is reminding me how much I'm in love with my XP. God I hate being a noob again. :(

I only recently got a level 10 Elf! Yay for me! I'm going for my Human now! Who reckons I can do it? I look forward to being level 0 again, although my Steam doesn't really work. Everytime I reboot I have to reinstall it! Is that good?

This is just if you get the invalid ticket error.
1. Run Steam.
2. Logout
3. Login.
4. If you get the error that your internet connection aint workin or Steam is down then.
5. Go to Steam folder>config and delete this file after backing it up "SteamAppData.vdf".
6. Login Again
If you just get that iternet connection or steam is down then just.
Go to Steam folder>config and delete this file after backing it up "SteamAppData.vdf".
Note: Deleting SteamAppData.vdf will be automatically created once you run Steam.

Ok, well that's 2 of my problems down! Thanks. The reason I reinstall is cos when I click my shortcut it starts looking for steam.exe. So I go to where it's installed, and everything is there - except steam.exe! It just deletes itself or something!
