Its Vice City which you probably now .. MULTIPLAYER !!!! There is no traffic and no pedestrians except the people online .... very hard to find cars ..... the movement of people is jerky and you can see them sliding on the floor NOT walking. Its quite crap. But the mod is quite small so you can try if u want to!

lol i got 40fps in 1.5 now i get 1.6 ... The new steam DOES NOT fix the sheild bug and the server crash bug. CD is not on any steam server. it will take a while before everything is fixed
