When are gu servers changing to 1.6??

i was playing it the other day and there are too many people hacking on it. one guy had a score of 68 2 on aztec and everyone was accusing him and he said shutup go to www........com and download the hacks. And now all the noobs on that server will be hacking, man all these problems :roll:

plus steam keeps crashing and i get poor fps on 1.6

so i have changed my mind, i dont like 1.6.

anyway i know it will have to move over soon. hopefully my fps prob can be fixed using tweak xp or something.

Yer I get super pov fps on 1.6 I dun know why.... I usually get 60 fps straight on 1.5 like contant then on 1.6 its like ranging from 15 fps to about 50?

lol i got 40fps in 1.5 now i get 1.6 ...
The new steam DOES NOT fix the sheild bug and the server crash bug.
CD is not on any steam server.

yes and AMX mod DOES work fine on 1.6, so does wc3 mod and superheroes mod.

When someone hacks, it is VERY obvious... like they are walking around snapping onto peoples heads... he accused me of hacking when i killed him :D

I am going to leave the servers 1.5 until the very last minute - I strongly think that the reason that WON is still working is because they are still not happy with the bugs behind 1.6 - as soon as they are sorted WON will die and we'll have to migrate, but at that time I don't see any hassles doing it :)

Yay! That's the stuff! I might have time to get those levels up on my Human! I only just got Steam working sucessfully. I think there are things that need fixing, other than that 1.6 is great. You can IM in games and stuff. Find friends.

smith you get bad fps i get good fps on 1.5 i get about 30 and if there is a smoke gen i get 5 but on 1.6 i get 60 70 fps and smoke gens dont harm me

I've heard recently that primus are keeping some of their servers running 1.5?!?! I told the guy to shut the f*ck up as I had been informed that won was geting scrapped for steam, but I've been thinking about it more...is it possible, hypothetically, to keep a public server running 1.6? :?

I was playing wc3 on 1.6 and human is teh best race there is no setdown time from tp and you tp to where u are looking they are the best race ok 1.6 i think.

There is no great or greater race. Each to our own. I like Human cos from long distance it's VERY hard to see, and bash is really effective (especially long distance). Devotion Aura also means you can take about 5-6 rifles bullets before dropping. :)

Yea If u guys hurry and cross ova 2 1.6 i might finally be un banned on gu servers i mean it has been about a year now but i keep track of time anyway i had sum mad friends on gu servers and i can't wait 2 catch up with yall :) Peace For now

Smithy when will you catch up and get all lv 10s ? me and batty have had them for a long time. And will the new gu server be changed to a mod or stay norm ? If it would be a mod death match is one of the best i have played atm it rocks
