As mentioned to cover cost 150 is fine.. any less and the price may go up.. I highly doubt this as pervious EVO numbers say that we should get close to or over 200 gamers

Foskey Pavillion is cool... but is there some parking close to the place itself? cos I don't go to the showgrounds much and when there is show theres too much stuff to have cars inside...

When you annouce the tournaments could you also announce the prizes associated with it. Doesn't have to be in detail, i'm only wandering if it is like a hardware, a game, etc...
Also, could make a warcraft 3 and a starcraft tournament. The prizes should also be hardware related for those 2 tournaments...
Well, actually any solo type game should be fine, since most tournaments are like team based games it gets frustrating when you dont' have a team. So, could you at least put one solo based game for the tournaments...
