wtf??? its in alpha now, its been in development for years, and its made by blizzard. after years of eq and disappointment with DAoC (didn't even bother with pos sony star wars) i am really looking forward to this one.

Damn MMOs can spend way tooooo much time playing them, especially when your hooked - ive had times when played for literally days straight :P
WoW never really appealed to me, graphic wise it puts me off, looks so colourful - yeah yeah im a sucker for a bit of realism :P
And why oh why doesn't it suprise me that Rec had to use such a name :| :P

what planet are you on 3vil? i said nothing about eq sucking nor about it being a dismal failure. reading comprehension seems to have escaped you at this point, may i suggest further education?
i played eq for 4 years and am a long time member of one of the main aussie guilds (theres only about 3 of note across all servers). i still log onto the zeks from time to time to run around and get pk'd by twinked griefers. i also played daoc in another aussie guild for 6 months but i got bored with that game and went back to eq, and i was in the EVE Online beta for a few months which was cool but i never went on to get the full release.
one other thing - eq's subscription numbers are somewhat fudged by multiple accounts. just about everyone in my guild own at least 2 accounts, with some freaks owning up to 4, and when eq goes on about the half a million subscribers they mean half a million accounts, not half a million people. you don't know much about MMO's do you boy?
