I myself am a student and I can't honestly see why $35 is too much to ask for? Just think of what you get for that $35 - now be grateful.

Pay your $35 guys and you will have a good time. Meet new people, swap legal software etc (notice I said legal to cover me :) ) and play lots of games while eating eater of souls food and softdrink which will be available.
All good I reckon for 3 days entertainment and over 200 people of similar ages :)

Student discount. We are approaching 240 odd gamers attending and one person makes a request for a student discount after all thats been said and done.
Tell you wot number boy, stay home, watch Home and Away with mum and dad and have some friends stay over on the weekend for a pajama party.
