i guess not, but i have the feeling my schools gunna do that to me when i try organise a LAN....

And here is the DGA already fixing the issue

"A simple fix for the lan event issue is what is done here (check out my link), and that is make it a private event, restrict access to the event only to those that specifically register to it and deny access to anyone that hasnt (until they use your provided laptop at the door to register that is.....)"
