Well what a huge day wake up bright and early (10 min late atcually) and get set for wrestlemania 20 such a huge lineup of matches and the undertaker finally returning is awsome i cannot wait to see what he looks like and what he dose will he have long hair or short? will he have paul? oo im excited

Quote from BlueBlood: how did Goldberg do? the battle wasnt as good as i would of hoped during the past months him and brock have been at each otehrs throats and in the ring today they just danced around locked up and wrestled insted of brawled goldberg did win in the end tho but the match didnt make my pants wet
o yeah WTF woudl she go with christian the last match was definently the best me and flamm were cheering hard he wanted the game to tap i wanted the EMT's to throw HBK in to break the hold so he could win o well mayby next time
Followed closely by Benoit making HHH TAP. I couldn't believe my eyes. Yes HHH tapped out! Such a glorious day, i guess not even little Steph could rewrite the script to make HHH win in the most boring fashion again. GG.
Rock and sock was good, you can rely on those two to lose to put someone else over(unlike HHH).
Brock vs Goldberg, well it's already been said, a very lame match, not worth the PPV.
Even Undertaker vs Kane was a pretty lame match. All this build up for Undertaker and then i felt kinda let down by an ordinary match, with no indication of a storyline for Undertaker(apart from the undead thing we knew about anyway). He just came in and bashed his brother around. I just hope these two patch things up and then demolish the entire wrestling cast.
Could've been a hell of alot better imo. Only good match was HHH v HBK v Benoit. Goldberg v Brock was so boring even after all the hype that was given to it, I ended up leaving to finsh packing my house up.
Used to watch wrestling when it was on Free-to-air, when I was a kid. Couldn't be bothered after that though... a good reason for watching it was that it added proof to my argument that it was fake (against my brother, who probably still thinks it is real :P)
Most of those blokes have already had enough things hit over their head, or possibly the fact that they have two braincells which make up a brain, that it wouldn't matter if it was real or not... :P
Nah the best match would have to be the last, I thought the crowd was so dead it was gunna be pretty shite but it was one of the best. Benoit deserves the title. The undertakers thing was abit dissapointing it was like the american badass type one it was pretty crap :(
Hmmmmm I hope for the days of the coperation, and the old storylines. they jsut seemed so much better. I also hope htat cena gets shot. By someone who can rap.
one thing i really liked about this ppv was the screen at teh entrance how it was liek buildings and stuff that looked really nice IMO and the florr was a screen too they would os splashed out a fair bit on that stuff i recon and it looked awsome

The only reason i watch WWE (wwf whatever) is cause of the oldschool storey lines they used to be awsome. Not old old old but around 97' onwards got pretty smhick :) Ministry vs corperation n stuff like that. 98' hell in the cell Undertaker vs Mankind would have to be one of my favs.
Yeah Rey is shit...... which is why he put on a better match on smackdown against eddie then all of Wrestlemania match's put together, the kid has talent overall. Unlike your favoite wrestler Hunter
Best match was the triple threat. I was WELL sceptical that I'd see Triple H drop the belt since he's had it so long he's practically conjoined to it.
I was watching it with paladin and some other friends and when the tap came we flipped out. I was so glad to see Benoit win a top-tier title. After seeing him back when he was a mid-carder and have him come up through the card and take out a world title. Love it.
Mysterio isn't shit at all, but he's certainly not better than the likes of Guerrero, Benoit or Angle. (2 cents)
i like bits of the wrestling that is somewhat realistic.
reys moves involve the other person doing something (i know a lot of them do, but not as much), its almost like watching corographed gymnastics, at least the hardy boys were suicidal :)
Most fans are fully aware that wrestling is orchestrated. I'm sure there are some tragics who believe every crazy storyline is true and think every drop of blood is real (some is, but not all) but there aren't many of those fans.
Although wrestlers know the outcome of the match before they step in the ring they'll discuss the match with their opponent(s) before hand and come up with a rough outline of how the match will flow but apart from that what unfolds in the ring is usually made up as they go along.
Despite what your opinion of wrestling is there can be no denying that some of these guys are superb athletes and put their body on the line in a big way to thrill the fans. That's why they call it sports entertainment, baby.
If you're lucky enough to have attended some WWE live shows (as Paladin and I have) you'll appreciate that there's another dimension beyond TV again that makes it something special despite it being "fake".
