I work for IASBet here at Darwin racecourse. Its worth about $AUD50k and its to replace our old intel switches. Its actually leased from Optus and they'll be looking after it for us as well. Its got a 48Meg backbone or something silly. And Knight is right about the weight. I can see it taking two of us to lift it into the rack. I think we're looking at installing it next Thursday.

unfortunately you need the layer 7 cisco switch for zonealarm to install properly.
maybe a firmware patch can upgrade layer3 support to layer7 support ?

pull all the line cards and power supplies out ... makes it easier to rack ...
I have 3 x 4006's ( no layer 3 - sup II ) with 3 x 48 port 10/100 line cards and 3 x power supplies ... about 5 years old .... can do a good deal ...
