Download ICQ lite. Last time I used it, you could send about 20 free sms's a day. Also, my ISP iiNet, allows 10 sms's free a month :) And I have 2gig of e-mail space. And it's all TOTALLY free for only "00/mo

omg then *signs up*

Man 3GB is overkill... Email is just text for crying out loud... I think people have forgotten that with this hype about overly inflated storage spaces.

its for storing the masses amounts of SPAM.

This comment is very similar to my first deleted comment by a mod. Must have been in a bad mood at the time.

Even hotmail with having 250meg storage is more than likely offering that amount knowing 99% of users would be lucky to even use 10meg. Hell is ISPs doing it with the monthy quota allowances. I know of one ISP that has stated if all there users downloaded there quota in a month they would make a lose for the month.

Well, i never send any emails over 2mb unless its absolutely vital that i do.
I just normally couldnt be fked waiting to upload the email :P

Post 13

Which is exactly why huge storage spaces for mail are kinda pointless... If you want to send big stuff you have to sit and wait for it to upload...

It Can be good for Business Emails to store large Business Documents or to send large files to others...

Post 15

i guess i would just burn a cd (700mb of data) then AUS POST the barstard away... then i don't have to wait AGES..... im not keen on hotmail anymore... and this email service was slow when i used it aswell

Pretty budget business if you ask me if they have to use free email services to get stuff done... Most businesses would probably be able to send it via POP or something...

Post 17

you don't send via pop. you send via smtp, and receive via pop (or imap, or some web client, or just reading the mail spool, whatever) nice try tho. and yes it looks EXTREMELY budget and unprofessional for a business to use isp/freemail services as a business address, bleah.
