Hey ppl,

well was having a chat to my boss who lives out there and he says telstra have open up lines to Humpty Doo now. He put his telephone number into CAN YOU CONNECT page entering phone number and BAM!! "You may pass GO and order your ADSL"

Few sites available to check for plans if thinking about it. There are some good plans out there ATM.

yet those futher out of town from me can get Dsl yet I cant :( .. still bounce a signal across the airwaves and get better latency then those with straight cable. Gotta be happy about that.

Hehe, they can get faster speeds to Mars than they can to Karama.

Post 5

yeah apparently a lot of us humpty doo types can get dsl (as of last week). however nobody DOES yet, so we can't be 100% sure. I'm still in negotiations with the family, but I know harb is looking at plans and toasthall has already applied.

so we shall see.

I'm pretty sure they've upgraded the exchange.. but theres about 20 people total who live within 4.5km of the noonamah exchange.

The question now is, did they install minimuxes in the rims?

Post 7

Noonamah Exchange
This exchange has been enabled for ADSL service.
