Hey all. I'm putting my hand up from Burton and Garran Hall. Props go out to all B&G-ans who are quite clearly, far cooler than any of the other 'colleges' or halls.
Chyeah, we had commencement last night and the Scare Weird Little Guys did a stand up act. How cool is that? Also, B&G's mascot is a redback spider. Man. We are so ****ing sweet.
Anyway. Wally told me to put up a post here and check out the Canberra thread, and I have done so. So. Props go out to me really.
Hmm. It's 1:41 AM, after countless shots with fellow B&G-ans I think it might be night night time for myself. Especially if I'm going to go to Belconnen Markets tomorrow. Speaking of Belconnen, in the top floor in the eatery, there is a wikid nice sushi joint. Go check it out.
Erm. What else is to report. Oh yeah. Unicycles are lame. Why would you spend that much on one wheel? What are you getting? Re-enforced titanium mags? Wait. You can't really get mags, it would be singular, because you only have ONE WHEEL!
Well. Each to their own I guess. As for me, I'm studying B Arts/ Laws, which is kinda cool. Especially the Political Science lectures. Oh boy. The politics lecturer here is so damn funny. I'm so glad I transferred out of Arabic, it would have been so ridiculously hard, and politics is way fun.
Anyway, for those kids, like Cow, who have been to ANU slightly longer than Wally and myself, do you have any advice? Like stuff to get? Stuff to avoid? Little handy discounts? Or advice for mid-terms? That'd be appreciate, but not a requirment.
Well. I joined up to the Indian Subcontient Club, the Debating Society, the United Nations Youth Association, the Anime Club (sorry Wally, not the Magical Girl Club) and the Law Society... Occasionally I'm going to drop into the film society anyway. Speaking of which, how sweet was Donnie Darko?
