How is he ripping them off? It has a RRP of over $500, and is sold no cheaper than around $350 on most online retail outlets.
And no he doesn't normally rip people off, he sells making a profit - that's how a business survives.

It's great to know GU support.. The 19" phillips: RRP $400 has now been sold for $310 (under cost price)
