That clip is from a reality TV show called "the amazing racist"
He made the pilot, and then sent it to the networks, and no-one would put him on TV
He does other crazy stuff too, like going into a chinese restraunt, dressed as a geisha, and harasses all the other customers, and then orders dog and things like that.
But yeah, its on a DVD called National Lampoons Altered Reality 2, quite funny if you can get a hold of it?
