When we screw with with mother nature, she always has the last laugh.
She will be here long after we are extinct.
Also the world cannot maintain it's population explosion indefinately. She will also correct the balance, bird flu is just another bullet in her gun.

Yeah she is... she comming after u next craig
eeeek dont say that :S we might have to die because of craigs mistakes :P
100 Years ago everyone knew that certain places you didnt live in, whether it be from fear of flood/fire/earthquake or volcano.
Nowadays space is at a premium and humans are everywhere.
Every natural disaster from this point on is going to seem worse because more humans are killed/injured.
I suspect the number of earthquakes/hurricanes/disasters per decade stays the same, just more mdeia and people involved.
INFIDEL! your voice of reason flies in the face of allah!
Maybe the aztecs were right and this is the prelude to the end of the world in 2013...
Spare me the tree-hugging craziness!!
Is Coco's the only voice of reason in this place? They're called natural disasters for a reason - as compared with man-made disasters. Nature does whatever it does (note - it, not she.....esh!).
Caveman thought that he must have angered the gods whenever natural disasters occured - I thought cavemen were extinct.
yes. take heed people. coco is the voice, try and understand it. no need to look at him down the barrel of a gun.
<cue crazy screaming>
whoaoooohaooohaooooa.
And just for leonami - looks like your crazy Aztecs were right.

Although, I am very sceptical about the credibility of news sites that litter their stories with exclamation marks.

Is it ok to line him up in a scope? Or should i put it down too?
*Reluctantly lowers weapon*

The "chaos cloud" will probably be dissipated with rain anyway.
I saw the Signs and it opened up my eyes.
everybody is just so demanding, without understanding.

Well if them crazy Aztecs are right then there won't be anything or anybody (whichever it ends up being) for that thing to hit so its all good :)
So because we hear about more hurricanes, earthquakes, etc., it means that this planet will self-destruct in 10 years? Or better yet - these natural disasters are absolute proof that mankind is killing the planet.
Okidoki.

Personally I think that natural processes hate being anthropromorphised.
in soviet russia, natural processes anthropomorphise YOU.

With a beowulf cluster of hot grits, no less.

Whoa hold up there, where did I say that that mankind is killing the planet and all that crap? I just said that it might be a prelude to this whole belief by the Aztecs that the world would end. Besides, I don't even believe in that crap I was just poking fun at all the doomsaying...
...so you're saying you ain't no hollaback girl..?
lets not go around that track again. a few times was enough.
I have to buy a new toothbrush.
All i can say is...I saw it on the Internet, The NT news said something about it and KORNY verified it.........SO IT MUST BE TRUE
...........AAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH......
Don't panic, don't panic. Wear alfoil hats you will survive........It's a conspiracy.
And so ends my once a month rant of sarcastic wit.. :)
If mother nature doesnt cull our numbers(humans), then we will do it ourselves.(sorry i'm on a tangent here from end of world stuff). Let me relate a little experiment done on mice, can't remember details, who did it etc.
But,
Basically they put mice in a confined space, had control subjects and all that jazz. Anyway what they found was that when a 'cage' was overcrowded with mice, even though they had ample food and water, the mice would kill each other until there was an optimal number of mice(for cage size), even though ALL their needs were abundantly available.
Pretty interesting as humans have been doing this for a long time, hell we dont even need a reason to kill each other.
Natural disasters ftw.....saves us from having to do it ourselves.
damn overbreeding asians...
