My bet is that they are only moving a race. I think they probably would have said more than 'starting area for a race' if they were making a new one.
Maybe something like, oh, I don't know...'starting area for a new race' maybe?
But yeah, anything's possible.
Im pretty sure they are giving trolls their own starting area is all.
They should at least bring out a new race, city or class. it will be interesting.
Both Trolls and Gnomes suffer, when it comes to having their own starting area's, so perhaps they could be implementing a change for that? I hope one day, just one day, them little Gnomes get back Gnomeregan.
