As the topic suggests.

Used in a room, moderatly dark, gets light sometimes. Nothing to bright though.

Needs to be bright enough to see in low light. and give good contast ..

I know nothing so doing some research today.

Budget, is atm flexible. However I dont want to spend a gizillion dollars on this.

Well I haven't really been following the Projector Market for the past year or so now, so I'm sure newer and greater things exist but I'll highly recommend the Panasonic PT-AE700. Beautiful, just Beautiful.

You could try going for the Panasonic PT-AE700E. Editors choice in APC and has some very nice reviews on the net.

Hope this helps some.

lol thats funny. unseen calling someone ELSE a NAZI. HAH!

as for the projector, why get one? Plasmas are just as cheap now days and are generally easier to handle and use. and i hear that they dont last long if consistantly used. could be wrong though.

its for my computer room ..

Not being used as a television .. Dual screen setup with my PC .. Got some logitech z5500's on the way, so looking at doubling up.

Klipsch ftw. as if Logitech. good idea tho. i just set up a media box in my lounge room and this thread got me thinking about a projector. would be nice. it's all too hard though. a TV is good enough :)
