Considering it's only 12:30am in WA when you said that I can almost name 6 members in WA from here.
Guests are probably from somewhere else in the world, i'm sure OD might have some sort of stats with IPs from different areas around the world.

Also, you'll find that a single person can account for up to 50 different 'users', unintentionally. I've noticed on other boards, for some reason there is a different IP shown by some users for every single image/html/php file that is requested, and on a msg board that can be a lot.
