I just got the 2gig corsair kit with the c2 timings. i don't know how it is yet cause my system isn't here yet - stupid mofo x1800xt's are out of stock atm but everyone i've spoken assures me that it's the business.
It doesn't really matter with both if you're not overclocking your CPU... They will simply underclock themselves back to 200MHz... If you do begin overclocking though the PC4000 might suit you better because you can overclock your CPU more to catch up to the RAM stock speeds
Quote from Selector: I see your selling your ASUS motherboard. What motherboard are you planning to stick these new sticks in. If its a DFI board steer clear of corsair.
If you don't plan to overclock get these: GSkill ZX 2GB Kit: http://www.mittoni.com.au/gskill-f13200phu22gbzx-2gb-pc3200-value-ddr-p-2162.html
Otherwise these clock well for a decent price: GSkill HZ 2GB Kit: http://www.mittoni.com.au/gskill-f14000usu22gbhz-2gb-pc4000-with-heatspreader-p-2159.html
