and thats bullshit that the judge said if the genders where reversed the penalty would be the same.

um, dude, the judge was not saying the penalty would be the same if the kid did something to the mum. he was saying that if it was a old bloke doing something to a young girl, he would give the old bloke the same punnishment as he gave to the mum
