Has anyone else noticed that CBA tellers/employees are unusually friendly and cheerful?
I frequent the branch in town and i have been shocked at thier level of customer service. It's not a general thing with banks... ANZ and NAB employees are as grumpy as ever and i dont have any experience with other CBA branchs.
Have they all gotten a raise recently? Is CBA running customer service programs or hiring top notch staff or is the town branch just an unusually helpful bunch?

Maybe its because they are being unusually slow about getting with the times and getting a freaking Visa Debit card... As a result they have are forced to take happy pills to sell themselves better

get their name, and complain to CBA head office, or customer relations.

Hahaha, I was just thinking about why I use CBA as a bank and I realised the only reason is cause they gave me a free bank account back in grade 1 (called dollarmites or something? anyone else have one?) and I'm too lazy to consider switching. Man they must have the banking market for lazy people cornered.
Post 14
yeah, the dollermites. hook 'em while they're young
