Yes I think it is good for people to believe in something too but I think that it is stupid to believe in something without the slightest little bit of history or proof all there talking about is money and aliens ok yes i think there are aliens but thats all they have and i havent put a lot of time into Scientology so i dont know shit and i nearly fell asleep looking at the Scientology video i didnt even get 20min into it lol.
I have something here for you and i think it something worth your time I was introduced to this from a friend and im going to put more time in working it out but think what you wont to think and let me know if you have any beliefs of any kind and let me know what you think about this.
If your interested in finding things out, I have found the wikipedia entry pretty interesting and seems to have allot of links to websites about all manner of Scientology things, Some pretty strange stuff really. From breaking into the IRS in the states, people claiming its a national threat and well, lord Xenu and the whole throwing frozen aliens into volcano's. Check out the south park version of Scientology if your after a laugh as well.
I have my own personal views on the Church of Scientology, and I personally disagree with pretty much everything I have read/watched about it, but I don't think I would hold it against anyone if they believed in it, then again I haven't meet anyone in person who is in the Church.
none of the religions have any concrete proof they are real. Whose to say what's a cult and what isnt.. Who has the right to say what's wrong and whats right.
I'm happy to let them do their thing and I'll do mine.
Wasn't buddha real? (If thats the actual entity they believe in, in buddhism and the variations). Not every religion strives to believe in a god.
People can believe what they want but when the force their BS onto others typically by having children born in to it, i don't think its really fair on the children, especially when its in some ****ed up religion/cult like scientology.
Ohh and as i said in the other thread if the people that were protesting outside soldiers funnerals were socientologists and high up ones at that then its a pretty sick religion/cult. Seriously what kind of sick belief would start spreading rumours and insulting people at their grave sites like that. Keep in mind i haven't done any research into it so i could be wrong.

another definition of cult is that its a religion that doesnt allow you to go outside that religion for things such as the police etc. not sure how that fits in with scientology
