Hi guys, I'm looking for a 500GB HDD. I've just switched over to Internodes 8MB, 80GB a month plan and I have realised thatI only have 20GB of free space left on my PC.

If anyone coudl help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend these guys - Yeahdone.com.au

They are the cheapest retailers of Storage media I've found.
I've been using them for close to 4 years and NEVER had any bad experiences with them. I've also never heard a bad word about them.

Their site admittedly looks dodgy. But believe me when i say they ARE cheap and they are prompt with delivery..

500GB, 7200RPM, 16MB Cache, SATA II. ST3500620AS
$279.00 + GST($27.9) = $306.9

Is that a mates-rates price though?
Or is that a price your average joe on the street would be offered?

Post 6

Post 7

Post 8

SHOPBOT-$263

STATICICE-$265

none of this i always buy from this store bs - i buy from whoever theses two searches finds is the cheapest
there is no one single store that is the cheapest, each store will have some things dearer and some things cheaper that another store

Post 10

shopbot can be a little dodgy, stores lower the price of the item in order to get on the list but jack up the delivery prices.. so just make sure you check frieght

Post 11

everyone to there own - i dont think stores would worry about shopbot and static ice as they cant lower all there products.
but but postage is a bitch. if you want a whole computer you prob better off buying from one shop as your only going to pay one frieght charge.
its all about the bling.

Post 12

shopbot is a search engine for all the retailors around australia. It's not one shop.

Post 13

no-one said it was

Post 14

I say it is. If not, let's burn it.

read sonicks post he was referring that everyone would ignore shopbot because they wouldnt lower all their products. Considering shopbot has no products.. well yea :) You get my drift
