Just finished up Odin Sphere (Good game BTW) so I'm finished with my PS2. But the PS3 slush-fund is looking mighty dry so I'm looking to sell.

1 x PS2 PAL (scph-50002) for sale has been fitted with a DUO 2 modchip (NTSC compatible), DVD region 4 locked, Comes with cables, 8mb Memory card, 1x Sony Dual shock Controller, and 1x GamePro Controller (low quality No-name brand). All good condition.

Best offer, $40 reserve. (Lots of Misc. software provided for demonstrating correct DUO-chip functionality. Destruction of said Misc. Software to be the responsibility of buyer.)

1 x TV, Palsonic analog 20-22ish inch CRT TV (fishbowl-type) 4:3 ratio. 2 x RGB jacks, 1 x Co-axial Cable port. SDTV.

Best offer, $35 reserve.

Free Delivery to the grater Darwin area pickup also available. Since the cost of posting the goods exceeds the value of the goods themselves postage isn't available.

The Ps2 has a excellent and affordable back catalog of games (most of which don't run on a PS3) and some life still left in it, and the spare TV means if you give it to your kids you don't have to worry about dirty finger prints on your brand new plasma.

BUY NOW!!!!!!!. If not for my perfectly delivered sales pitch, then for my excessive use of exclamation points!!!!!!!!!!!.

kerbz currently has highest bid on the ps2 at $40 and has met the reserve.

sorry forgot to post that here... just wanting to clarify that 40 was the pickup )

Post 4

what exactly are the "RGB Jacks" on the telly???

Post 5

He means RCA, I'm sure :P

Post 6

Yer, composite video (the yellow plug) would be what he's talking about (plus the white/red for left/right audio channels). Can't imagine that old thing having RGB (red, green, blue) component ports.

Post 7

Yeah you got it, I've been saying RGB when I mean RCA for years now don't really know why.

Zable takes the lead at $50 for the ps2. No offers for the TV.

SOLD to Kerbz 1 x PS2 @$55. Not a lot of demand these days even for the modded units, ah well, deals a deal, and these CRT analogs are giant paperweights, still I guess its a win for the salvos. Admin's feel free to kill this thread. Thanks.
