I always though A was harder to defend due to the wider area that the defending team had to cover. though I admit with a decent sniper or 2 this problem can be reduced quite significantly.
while B is more compact meaning the O team can get demos to spam in the windows and get on the roof, it always seemed easier to defend as the smaller space made for better choke points.
what say the wisdom of GU?

In wars, A is definately easier. Much wider area allowing you to pick enemies off as they approach. Uber's are negated by the long travel distance and you can have a tiered defense.
On pubs B is usually easier cos its a huge spam fest and there are no tactics.

As Jimmy has already mentioned the the benefits of defending A, I won't repeat. Issues I've found with B however is the fact that Offence and Defence can do exactly the same thing, RJ/Sticky to the roof and spam down, spam inside. Also one other major difference I've noticed is the Heavy is actually useful at B (it's close and confined) by throwing on an Uber and chewing through anything inside.
yes that was ridiculous. I think you got a heavy and a medic. So my thoughts were sweet, ill start my burning, then you chewed through basically there whole team. :D

Imo, a pyro/medic uber is better at clearing out B
