Yes thats right folks and fools, I'm looking for a good old five-and-a-quarter-inch floppy disk drive in good nick, preferably 1.2MB and preferably black.
I had a big fat box chock to the brim with them but just cannot seem to find it. (probably buried under the pile of socket 7 mainboards, AT Power Supplies or Vesa Local Bus graphics cards)
Anyway colour doesn't really matter, just as long as it's 1.2MB.
Anyone got one???

I used to have a new sealed one but I lost it when I moved :(
lol... Hilarious. I had one years ago, but it was 360k (?). So even if I did still have it, it wouldn't be any good.
Keep us up to date though... I'd be interested if you actually found one!
i Gave away a few old PC's when i moved out of my flat (about 12) about 2months ago the dump shop took the lot i am prity sure 2 of them had the drives in the so it might be worth a trip down there and see if you can find em.
