good luck dude - took me forever to find a replacement for my bustedass Asus A8N SLI Premium board. mind you it was PCIe at least, i think the AGP side will be a tough call.

I have a GIGABYTE K8NS ultra-939 only used it for a few months it would boot up to bios screen and stop when scaning for the cpu, I pulled it apart to inspect the problem and found one of the pins on the cpu was broken in off in the cpu carrier, when I pulled the cpu out I could see the pin still sitting in the board, it pulled out easy it wasnt melted in or anything bad, it was a used cpu from ebay? rather than look for another 939 cpu I just upgraded to intel. its just laying around so if you are interested you can have it for $60 plus postage I'll throw in some ram to incase it is completely fried, 1 x corsair xms3200 1024mb 400mhz 3.3.3.8 platinum series and 1 x xms3200 512mb 400mhz platinum series.

I sold a 939 board to Kerbz a while back, dunno if he ever used it. I was gonna take it back at some stage but we never ended up getting our shit together. It was new at the time...
