For all those iPhone users out there, you can now access GU via an optimised app!

Grab it here: Tapatalk - Online Community at your fingertips! (Costs $3.99)

Then go to "Computer Games" -> "Gamers Underground".

After that, you can access it via the favourites button. Any further info can be found via the above link.

Enjoy!

Posting this from the app now, from Two Cups. :D

Will update the logo when at work, though. I thought we were after a transparent PNG - clearly not. ;)

Cool might actually be an app worth purchasing ?

the iphone is a great device, however the idea of paying $4 for an app makes me a bit angry.

I would buy apps if they cost " or 50 cents.

i reckon more people would buy apps if they didn't cost so much.

Post 5

The large majority of apps are approx AUD ".49.

Post 6

im a new Iphone user, i just got my 3GS 32 gig a week ago, every application i think i might use seems expensive.

I heard sometimes they have sales so you can get apps for cheap ?

you spend $900 + on the phone then you have to spend more money to make it more usable

EG
a Msn program with push $5 :S

Post 7

meh. just pirate them if you dont want to pay for them. Or stop your bitching.

I wish I only had to pay ".49 for a new car, its ridiculous that I pay all this tax for new roads then still have to buy a goddam car. Dont get me started on petrol. Or tyres.

compare an iphone to car ? ....

not going to argue the difference between money going to infrastructure (which helps the whole community) and money going to some geeks back pocket for 10 mins of work.

i would happily pay a price for applications but not $5 for an app i would use for 2 mins and find out its shit house.

you try 5 applications that are shit house and you wasted $25.

some apps come with demo's but most don't

Post 11

you can request refunds through apple if you feel that gypped.

i use a ~$35 app on a daily basis, and if you think you can make much of anything in 10 minutes application wise, you're deluded.

TapaTalk Lite has just been released - it's free for read-only access to forums.

I've been using the full version on my iPhone quite a bit. Recommended.

Jaadu remote desktop. Technically I got work to pay for it

Post 18

I paid $40 for the LogMeIn remote desktop client for the iPhone. I use it 1-2 times a fortnight.

Despite not being something I use regularly, its use is important. Well worth the cash.

Post 19

Just got an iphone on my contract renewal and looking at some aps. How do you find logmein rec? or jaadu paladin. Want to get myself a remote desktop ap for easy server management while out and about. Mostly to run batch files and reset user passwords. Also after some audio aps mostly a decent spectrum analyzer, spl meter and time alignment.

Post 20

I don't use it often, but it's a piece of pie to use. I'd recommend it.

open the app store, hit search, search for jaadu.
