this makes it a little easier to see everything:
Steam Game Sales - Find the latest specials, before they're listed on Steam though it isn't a complete list.

ooo Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood is only "5 USD - Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood - Age Verification - Well worth getting for the DGA now that the dedicated servers are out: http://www.gamers-underground.com/forum/games-general/32141-coj-bib-ded-servers.html?highlight=coj

multiplayer in that game has to be experienced to be believed - it's seriously good fun. A lot of people seemed to like the single player too.

I recommend Trine. Played a good chunk of it over the weekend with 2 mates (no LAN option, has to be on same screen). Had a great time.

quicknote for Steamwatch users - my 'node bandwidth cap just shat itself - looks like steamwatch failed to save me this time :/

it was running correctly and steam is still set to download from Node (SA) (fat lot of good that's ever done i know)....

Post 9

That Eidos pack truly is epic; however it'd take a goddamn month to DL all the titles :|

I'm sure if you download flora's fruit farm first that should be enough to keep you entertained while the rest downloads. I mean you wouldn't want to miss the two tomb raider games in your downloads.

You are aware that unmetered content is rolled back at the end of the day included in your downloads until then.

it's never shown up in my copy of MUM before, nor have i been throttled by downloading fucktons from steam before while using steamwatch. biggest point though, is that it's well past the end of that day and I'm still capped.

Post 14

thats really annoying mate... I'm hoping iinet gives free downloads for xmas day again so I can cram in all my new games.

Post 15

Yeah Aegis - I had the same problem with downloads through GON. They capped me about mid day and because the roll over date was that night - capped for the rest of the day.

I can't be bothered with steamwatch and all the rest - The Mesh Dot Org : Steamwatch for OpenWRT - Mate Kahn wrote this and works lovely.

Bought about 15 games myself. Terrific deals, especially the games I was about to buy from GOG.com (Prince of Persia:TSoT, Sacrifice, Beyond Good & Evil). So was quite glad to use Steam instead.

Nostalgia trip here I come.

Post 17

steamwatch is great and all but internode probably just doesnt have EVERY single game mirrored.

Post 18

it'd have company of heroes and hawx tho (they were the two i was downloading) :)

Wont matter as long as an Aussie ISP has it. Node give all Aussie ISP Steam servers quota free to customers and the latest Steamwatch is setup to allow those servers.

Post 20

I thought it's a requirement of being a Steam mirror that all content is indeed mirrored. But, as we've experienced, sometimes it isn't available immediately on release for whatever reason.

Using Freys Steam filter, I've never not been able to download anything, and it has never counted towards my Node quota.

Post 21

I thought you still used Steamwatch.... you solely on Frey's list now?
