yes. not that i can actually ADD any servers to favourites. nor did GU show up in history after i finally got it to appear in server browser and managed to join.

Fucking finally. Clawed back from 0.79 to 1.0 kd ratio. Stats here haven't seemed to have updated... I did just get out of the game though. :P

got a ridiculous number of knife kills last night :D being spawn camped isn't all bad when the campers don't have a fucking clue where all the light-up points are =)

anyone had any luck with friend requests in BC2? I managed to get three people added on the first day, and that's it, seems to be fucked in some way. Is there a trick to it?

Sometimes it works. sometimes it doesnt. The best way to add is for people on both ends to add each other

to successfully add each other as friends you both need to be online and in the game browser.
It's probably been mentioned in another thread on GU but I can't be arsed searching.

game browser? the server browser? you cant send friend requests with that open tho can you?

Nah not the server browser, on the main screen of the game on the right hand side there is a friends tab. Go through that.
Game browser was poor wording on my part.
