Well we went back to the supplier with what Zacwah pointed out and the best i can do now is $210. I only have 5 on order though.
Yes i understand there is still a $40 difference but once freight is added and if you have issues well......
We are local and will do our best to get the price we can. It looks like i was able to have a bit of a win so the items are there if anyone wants to buy one.

Definatly a better price for us blokes on this site at $210 mate,
most if not all are keen to support local bussiness as long as its a fair price and not something we can halv by spending 2 mins searching online.

they'd get them from synnex or ingram. probably just get favourable pricing due to buy levels. i know altech used to sell at insanely cheap prices to specific retailers.

"39 wow, i am gonna buy one... seems strange though, that they advertise RRP for every product, EXCEPT the G19 which is $270 less than RRP... yet every other product I looked at on there is exactly RRP (I just looked at the keyboards and mice though)... I might give them a call and confirm cos I want one (for bragging rights lol, I think the lcd is useless)

FluidTek is run by a character named Eddie. They are based in Sydney.
There are many reports across the interwebs that they are "potentially dodgy", but there are both positive and negative feedback regarding orders placed with logitechstore.com.au (one in particular was pretty disheartening, a customer received a DOA product and sent it back, logitechstore deny ever receiving the returned product and the customer is down several hundred dollars now)
Some people have accused them of being grey importers of Logitech equipment, but this is simply untrue

So yeah, they are legitimate, the products are covered by an Australian warranty and all that... just don't expect replies to emails, confirmation emails of order shipments, packing slips to tell you what is on backorder etc etc etc.... If you get a good product from them and it works, great... If not, it could be a potential hassle (based on forum comments I have read today)
P.S: they don't have any phone contact details... This bugs me, I don't like conversing through email, it is so impersonal and you have no guarantee on a response or how long it will take to get one... I'd much prefer to be able to phone and talk to a human... Especially if something went wrong with my order...

I bought a set of G330 heaphones for $35 delivered some time ago when they did the promo on that item. I was concerned because the tracking sucked, but it showed up in good order in about a week.

I saw a thread on whirlpool about this company logitechshop, they basically have a poll every so often askin what their next huge buy they should be. They then proceed to buy a shit load of stock on the winning poll item and because of the huge supply they get shit cheap as. I'm pretty sure the G19s where their last big buy. They recently did another poll that has now ended and every one voted for Z5500! So expect this item to become cheap through these guys.
I currently have the G15 (orange one) and am honestly thinking of getting one of these G19s, the price is just too irresistible!

Had a guy come in today asking if I'd price match for the G19.
He was totally blown away when I said "No, I won't price match PC Case Gear's "69... and we never price match online stores anyway".
We both lol'd.
