I'd just like to say that it was an excellent LAN and was almost as good as EVO.
Hats off to TN1, Lataf, Spongie, Brendan and all the people that organised and helped run it.
Server was fine, power was only lost 2-3 times early the first day (someone plugging in)and was sweet the rest of the time. Clackers' powerboards worked well and looked the part.
So thanks heaps guys/girls for a great LAN and I hope to see you all at DGA13. [Blocked image]

It was awesome I had a great time and the network went heaps good for me I leeched more then i did at evo.

ohh, and thanks to Raker for letting me browse his CD's and for figuring out how to make both the Serious Sam server and the Jedi Knight 2 server work

On another note, lets just take a minute to reflect on the good days when it was hard finding someone with a 10MB hub, and everybody was running TNT's, and Voodoo 2's. ^o^... Ah, the memories.
eh. those are recent days. lets remember the days of nullmodem doom, or 10base-2 networking. weee.
yupyup, great lan all round, i had heaps of fun, and i look forward to the next one (any idea when that is??)
i rember using null modems to play warcraft 2, that must have been what, 5-6 years ago now.

I think I only play for 2 mpas on that server. I did all my playing on Splatterhouse. I think I came out ranked 4th. I remember now I only played for a little when i first started while trying to get my bearings. Then i came back on for the winter assault war where i got owned. I just couldn't help rushing out the door and getting my ass kicked =(. GG tob even though it didn't last long.
