you've sync'ed your account? If so, you shouldn't need the setinfo line. Its also probably not a good idea to put it directly in the autoexec.cfg file. make an admin.cfg file up, and run that from either an alias or from the autoexec file

I think partially its that you can see the edge of the image, and with something abstract, its better that there aren't any clearly defined boundaries. try making the overall shape smaller and less complex too - complicated isn't necessarily better.
