Ok I'm using a spare computer because mine is in pieces. I'm having problems connecting to CS server#1. I have my CD key, name and password. The pic below shows that the sever says "hello Odyssey" and accepts me, but then it says mature gamers only :!: :evil:
Can anyone help pls?

If you're using a password in your profile what've you put for your admin.cfg or in autoexec.cfg for your cstrike folder.

yes, i have put [code:1:5037657fb0]setinfo pw-octa4 ****[/code:1:5037657fb0] in the autoexec.cfg

try typing it in manually in the console after the mature gamers message and then type retry

setinfo "pw-octa4" "password"

I have always had this problem, it's pissing me off.

I randomly punched in four of them (*), I just put them there to show you guys what I'm doing.

you've sync'ed your account?

If so, you shouldn't need the setinfo line.

Its also probably not a good idea to put it directly in the autoexec.cfg file. make an admin.cfg file up, and run that from either an alias or from the autoexec file

I also have the same problem.

My fix,

Type in setinfo pw-octa4 (insert your password here)
then type
Retry

Works every time for me.

If this does not work go back to basics, re sync your profile.

Failing this pm Mr OD and beg for help.

I hope this was a little help.

I used to have a single bind to a key that connected me and set the pw-info and password all at once. The problem is that I can't remember what the command was. :x

Found out what it is :arrow:
"setinfo pw-octa4 ****;connect 203.17.15.207:27017"
I have a key bound to it. It's the only way I can get into server1.
