Hey guys.
Just starting a thread wondering if there is anyone else in Darwin that is playing/interested in playing Dota 2?
I am putting it here because it is a MOBA and not really an RPG/mmo.
Anyway, trying to get together a bit of a group so I don't have to keep playing with random nubs.

I have been playing playing Dota before Frozen Throne came out! Love it. Have not tried Dota2 yet, isn't it still beta?
It is, but they keep handing out beta keys so I think there's like 200k people playing now

Is it a lot like War3 Dota? Because I found HoN to be average. The items are all over the place in HoN.
i think its alot like W3 Dota, feels very similar for me
League is much better IMO. none of this secret shop bs

AU - Sydney Servers are out too.
Mate was telling me 5ms Pudge hooks incoming :D.
Mind you here in WA I get 67MS to SEA and 80 to Sydney so not much difference for myself appart from the types of people on the Syd servers. More language like "mate, maate" and "Eyy brew".

I got about 9 copies if peeps need em. Been playing a bit. Still a nub, just tying to figure out good characters from bad ones. And less complicated ones from over complicated ones.
Drow and riki seem to be easy use ones.
