The serverlist function (top left in banner, the lefthand circle that says "servers") has been updated to contain live details of the servers.
If you click on the name of the player it will attempt to find them in Hlstats.
If you see next to their name is a link called "Priv Message" - this enables you to send a private message to that user - in-game!
The message will automatically contain your Gamers Underground username for the players information.
This should make it a lot easier to get someones attention than having to join the server - especially if its full.
I am logging all attempts (just the attempt, not the message) to watch for abuse, although the message will ALWAYS be under your name so the player will KNOW who to come for :)
