When: Saturday 3rd August, from 5pm onwards
Why: 18th Bday
What to bring: Yourself, alcohol (Possibly a chair, looking into this)
Whos invited: All of you
Where: My place (ICQ, email etc if address needed) - Has the big black fence :)
And before you all start, Yes I know EVO will be on then. Your choice if you'd rather sit infront of a computer for an evening or go to a party :)

Correct me if im wrong but i think:
technically unless u have a sizable military u cant claim property. Its austrlias ie u/"owner" of poperty pay property tax to austrlian govenment.
The govenment lets u use the property under a contract which is negated under certain activities, most common is not paying property tax.
Depending on the zoneing of the property owner has to abide by certain restrictions.
A common case is in approaching a house, by law it has to be safe to approach a house and be able to knock on the door. If the person is mauled by ur dog in the process he can sue u.
Aslo if a tree is a certain size and blockes the sunlight to a neighbours window technically they can complain and the council will force u to cut the tree down. :)
