Thats very old and they already rectified it by removing the feature from the drivers after Disk2 got thousands of signatureson his petition :)

you gotta love hardware companies that even attempt promoting wallhacking, they obviously have never played a FPS multiplayer game in their lives, to know that it is the most hated of all things.

SiS claimed they didn't even know that Asus had done the same thing earlier and that everybody petitioned to Asus to not release those sorts of drivers that could be used for cheating in multiplayer games. SiS has apparently retracted the drivers before release because of such a fuss/bitch. But the Asus drivers are still out there and I wouldn't be surprised if the SiS drivers will be leaked out either.
It's a lot harder picking up people cheating using transparency/wallhack drivers then something like OGC. Remember that HSR stands for "Hidden Surface Removal". It is used to remove surfaces that, funnily enough, are behind another object and cannot be seen by the "user" to improve performance. It's so easy to program those drivers to remove a surface that would normally be put in place. Don't get your knickers in a knot about the SiS drivers, chances are that you are currently playing on the Internet with cheaters already. Cheating is everywhere on the Net, that's why we have admins and a registered server. :wink:
