Yeah - don't try to overclock with Wortel around!!! You obviously didn't stop to count all his thumbs, did you? :?
hehe - what did you use to connect the bridges? If possible, I would say to **gently** scrape them off, and redo them. It sounds to me like one of the bridges is simply not connected properly (or even possibly connected to another bridge), even though it looks like it's fine.
Also, a word to the wise - make sure none of your tracks are even remotely connected to the "L1" that is printed on the chip, or the arrow either, cos they are both connected to ground.
Other than that, persevere - it took me two goes to unlock my XP1700.

or just save the money u spent on bigger fans and silver paste and bridge connecting fluid, and just go buy a faster chip :)
(ignore Eater he is just a grumpy old man when it comes to overclocking and he does appreciate the skill it takes to spend more money on a slower alternative to getting latest chips )

We broke 10k =).
Ti 4200 O/c 315/615(as far as we could drag the bar).
XP 1800+ o/c to (139x11.5).
XMS 3000 cas2. yay 10049 marks
Now to unlock the CPU to get to the 11k barrier. 8) :lol: :wink:

10053 marks just before after cleaning up the shit bridge connection... maybe do it later coz its not connected now...
