Notes for Engineers:
- If you throw the expack on the back of a tank, it'll get stuck there, and it doesn't matter if the driver drives off, he's not getting away from it :)
- You are the KING when it comes to blowing up tanks close up. Get up close, chuck an expack, and dive for cover.
- When you start off, if you see a teammate charging off with a tank, follow him - either go as gunner or just hold on. You can keep him alive a LOT longer by just repairing him all the time.
- Don't underestimate the K98/No.4 - it's a sniper weapon. By the same token, don't try and use it close up - go for your expacks or pistol.
- If you plant landmines, put them somewhere where the enemy won't see them from the direction they're rushing, but your guys will. And WARN people that you've mined the place.
- If you see a friendly heading towards a chokepoint you've thoroughly mined, go pick up the mines and let him through.
- Mines make good alerts for expacks. Chuck a mine or two on a bridge, along with some expacks. Hide out of sight. When you hear the mine detonate, set off the expack - no more enemy tank :)
- Don't bother chucking mines if you're chasing an enemy tank that's driving backwards. He can see you do it, and he's not going to run over it. If you get close enough though, and he doesn't see you, go for it :)
- If you see tards on your team mining your airfield, your tank hangar and wotnot, tell your team he's being a wanker, and then just disarm the mines - more for you :)
- Drop a mine either on top of where a tank is going to respawn, or just in front of it. Chances are, when the tank respawns, someone will jump in, and soon as they start driving, BOOM.... Obviously only do this for tanks in enemy spawns.
- Dealing with aircraft, don't bother trying to fight it. Just keep the hell out of its way, and make a beeline to either a flak cannon, or a machinegun. Look around CONSTANTLY in the flak, enemies will try bombing runs on you once they know you're there. Don't hang around too long in the flak - you're a sitting duck for snipers. When firing, track the black explosions, and try and hold them right on the enemy plane.
