ive looked a OC sites , but only found OC software with nothing to do with AMD duron's, mostly athlon and intel.

Before you do anything, make sure you have some bloody good cooling or youll be looking for a new CPU :)

Also do it in small increments, oc a little, stress the cpu to check it out. Then oc some more if you really want.

There are a few ways, make sure you have cooling though. In your BIOS (depends on the board, if you got a dell or same thing don't bother) there is an area where it allows you to adjust your FSB, move it up in little steps, untill you find your comp to be unstable or to hot. The other way is to unlock you Duron, I won't go into that right now but you should have ample room adjusting your FSB.
