BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) -- Saddam Hussein won another seven-year term as Iraq's president in a referendum in which he was the sole candidate, taking 100 percent of the vote, the Iraqi leader's right-hand man announced Wednesday.
Hmm, last time he was the only candidate and he only got 99.96%, I wonder who else they voted for?
Yeah, like anybody would be dumb enough to go against Saddam in an election. Value your life?....Stand down, let Saddam do his thing. But then again, everybody over there loves the man, and thinks that his views are justified...assh0le!

Not as laughable as Muhmmed Gadafi's attempt in Libya. He received a voting majority of something like 7 million votes to 376,000.
Funnily enough Libyas population has never been above 6 million. Not a bad effort there.

it was on the news last night that saddam let out something like 7000 prisoners out of jail as a thanks for voting for him?...
i had to laugh when the news reporter said that only a few murderers and rapists had been kept... in that condecending type of tone which shows that it also could have been said " including rapists and murderers, but some were left back"
what a crazy guy huh!.. oh well, its prolly a sport for him and his guys. more criminals, more people to kill and torture and beat the shit out of.
