WD to TN1, Coco, and Unseen (and any other admins i've omitted-sorry)for such an awesome DGA LAN with so little admin resources. You guys didn't get that much gaming time(so what's new for admins). And props for setting up\packing up the venue for all us gaming HO's.
As far as i'm aware there were no issues of magnitude worth mentioning and i'm sure most people enjoyed themselves thoroughly. There was a good mix of games although no shock horror that CS and BF1942 were both clear winners here!
Are we eva gonna have an unsuccessful LAN? Lets hope not!

Yea lan rocked, im retiring from warcraft after 3 hideous defeats. Although everyone still refuses to play me 1v1 after it took 6 of them to finally wipe me out. Ok more like im retiring from ffa and 6v6's

i think i only played like 30mins of CS the rest was playing BF 1942. Best fun in BF i have had in a long time was with me, Nerd Bruger and Vinc all in the B17 bombing everyone and shooting warlock down when ever he came close to us the only time i died once on one of the maps was when Nerd Buger thouhgt he could land the B17 in the axis hanger without anyone seeing us :D good thinking there BROTHER still was funny :P. Oh yeah and Unseen yelling at me for stealing his sub all the time that was funny as well
Well, the LAN was a lot of fun. Good war vs. SB, got a lot of CS play in, played quite a bit of BF1942 (until I got frustrated with it), and spent a fair bit of time tweaking and fixing up people's computers :) And I got the chance to laugh a LOT when the power went out and my computer just kept right on running :P
However, there is one thing that marred the LAN. Anyone who's heard me talk knows I'm no prude when it comes to the use of strong language, but really, I felt that the language that was being used on the CS server was just a tad overboard. Racial slurs, homophobic statements, and general abuse was pretty rife, and well, in small enough doses I don't care. But too much is too much, and after a while it became pretty offensive. Shame to mar an otherwise excellent lan with such a thing, but anyway.
Anyway, to the admins - good work on organizing another great lan. Couldn't have done it without ya :)
yeha had a great time at MY FIRST DGA good work admin there network was alright ther was a bit on saturday night with bad pings going from like 80-250 or som but we got over it lots of good movies were leeched by me too so thats what counts as well and the cs was fun especially playing some new maps for a change
Hey you gotta love it when reaper was getting pissed at the fact when about 6/7 cts were all camping up on the tower in train :) most of them BM too :D HEHEHEHEHE CampinCarl lives on!

Other then that, apart from the few power failures the LAN was great, loads of games, loads of people, top effort!

Lol Howie......I can tell you who it was....Admins on FITS server :P But 99% of comments were directed at people who knew each other and who otherwise just didnt give a toss! ZeReaps was cussing me, abusing me all the time, i couldnt give a shite, caus i was just giving it back to the whiney little girl. Hell yeh i cussed on that server mate, but it was ALWAYS directed at people who I KNEW could handle it and wouldnt crack a shi.....it was just a laugh and a good time. And like C-Say messages said
"No one is forcing you to play on this server"
wulf, u were there by choice mate, it aint hard to hit the escape key dude. Here, i will even help you out :: bind "f10" "quit" There you go, now you can quite with one keystroke and not have to put up with it. Easy problem, easy solution.
Alright get over it guys. The problems are being reolved personally and I dont want to see any more on the forums.. This has gone too far and I am stopping it.

Admins who attend the LAN are, therefore, an Attendee also. Unless they are remotely adminning from home or something, then they too are attendees. even if this definition wasnt accurate, they should still lead by example :P

lan was great! should be longer! i wish bm-server(borgcube) didnt fall over like a drunk hooker! ppl who spill coke SHOULD CLEAN IT UP! I WON STUFF!!! Suggest a gigabit switch for core of network?
