WTB video card

hey yall im looking for a new/used vid card. Firstly i was wondering what is a good card to buy (nvidia or radeon) is for around $350 - $450 new?. Secondly i was wondering if anyone was selling a second hand card for around the price im asking (prefferably to still have warranty on it)? cheers

sorry but that doesnt help at all. what i meant was it still sorta works so if it half works there may be a chance it could be fixed though other means than getting it replaced
