Ok Comdex is only days away (Nov 18 ) and nVidia are going to release info on the NV30 and SiS will release the Xabre 600. ATi may show off their DDR-II Radeon, but I'm not sure on that one.
The SiS Xabre 600 will be built on a 0.13 micron processe and clocked at 300MHz due around mid-November. It's funny, nVidia are making a big fuss over 0.13 micron and along comes little SiS and beats them to it
For those people who would like to know, the SiS 'wallhack drivers' are non-existent and their cards are pretty good and are very cheap. Yeah the Radeon 9000 is good value, but I can't get over how it (as well as the 9700) only has one texture per rendering pipeline!
Competition is always good and there are many new chips coming out from a variety of manufacturers. Matrox are being sly by not saying much about the 0.13 micron Parhelia 2 :x , but they should pop something out soon I believe.
